This gif accurately describes my life right now. Since I quit my last job, I went to Gardens by the Bay two weeks ago (a week ago? idk), went for a uni admission interview last Thursday (fingers crossed!), went to my mom's office for a day to work (probably going to be working there three times a week), and spent the rest of my time surfing the internet. I don't know why I do it!! It's not helping my life at all and I'm wasting so much time on it fml. (I should stop putting things in parentheses I am probably using it wrong anyway)
I should also stop watching MTV/Channel V when they're showing Korean music videos because I ALWAYS end up following a boy band watching their videos a few times. I mean, seriously, I am 22 years old I CAN'T KEEP DOING THIS. Not only is it a matter of me being a mature grown up, it's also becoming illegal since all the upcoming boy bands are getting younger and younger lol. A lot of these boy bands have members who are born in 1997, are you kidding me. When I was 17 I was working in an ice cream shop earning $5/hr fml.
Anyway, fyi I'm not preying on any boys born in 1997 lol the two boy band members I like are born in 1992 and 1993 although I don't know why I'm clarifying myself it's not like I'm making myself look any better?! Hahaha fuck. UGH I am such a loser.
Okay yah, so anyway I mentioned going to Gardens by the Bay but why is the title 'Golden Gate Park Rose Garden'? Mostly because I'm just so goddamn lazy to take out the camera from the dry box and to plug it in to the computer to load the photos lol. When I get around to posting about Gardens by the Bay you'll realize it's about the same anyway because I went there to visit their rose exhibition haha. It's nice to reminisce anyway.
I've never uploaded these photos at all and actually, I've never finished uploading all the photos from my Cali trip last year, so I thought I should upload them on this blog because it doesn't seem like I'm deleting this blog any time soon hahaha. Although I don't know if I can remember everything from last year which is pretty sad but I guess better late than never.
We went to the Golden Gate Park while we were lost trying to find the viewing point to see the Golden Gate Bridge. I know right? The irony. Anyway, we (more like I) decided to see what was the park like and the first thing we came across was the rose garden! It was so pretty, not to mention, free (Gardens by the Bay I'm looking at you).
It was really an eye opener, because you don't get to see roses blooming freely in Singapore. You have to pay $12 to visit an air conditioned dome to see roses that are... not blooming so well (Gardens by the Bay I'm looking at you). Haha I'm kidding.
UGH, BULLDOG!! MUCH CUTE SUCH LOVE VERY WRINKLES AM CRIES!!!!! It was the sweetest thing! Ugh, gosh, I really want an English or French bulldog, this has to happen in my lifetime.
A 4-legged bichon and a 3-legged bichon. They kinda reminded me of Cookie and made me miss her a lot at the time but now when Cookie either cruelly ignores my cries for attention or when it is her turn to whine for attention I want to punch her face! Her face is calling out for a punch!!! Lmao no I am not an animal abuser pls do not call SPCA on me. I say it with love. Like how people say they want to kill their family members. NORMAL people, not serial killers. Of course.
Seriously, don't call the SPCA.
Segway tour! They all looked really silly on their Segways but I guess the park was too big or something, idk.
You have to pay to go into that white building so I will never know what was inside it. What can I say, we were cheap Asian tourists.
Those kids were rolling down the hill and it looked so fun! Very "look at this completely idealistic imagery that Asians have of what life in USA is like thanks to films and tv!". Did that sentence make sense, idk, the volume of the tv outside is too loud and is making me lose my concentration.
Probably will never see children rolling down hills in Singapore with childish joy and abandon because all the small hills I can think of lead to a gravel road. Or a hard pavement. Anyway, I say it looks fun but really what I mean is no thank you.
A photo of a big fountain because it is big.
More big fountain for you?
Something grand looking. I forgot what this was and why I took a photo of it.
Oh my god I just read the entire post and I sound insane. This is what lack of human interaction does to you I suppose.
